Argentine Tango Workshops and Guided Practica at CERN Dancing Club, Geneva, Switzerland suitable for all levels from beginners to the most advanced dancers.

Technique, improvisation, connection - for all levels!!!

Chacarera will be danced during the guided practica.


When: Friday 6 and Saturday 7 November 2009
Where: CERN Dancing Club, Geneva, Switzerland. Entrance A of CERN at Meyrin, Building 566. (Route de Meyrin, bus stop "Les Pommeries" of bus number 56 or bus stop "CERN" of bus number "Y")  A map is available at this >>link<<. Once you reached the Entrance A of CERN at Meyrin, you'll see at your left a group of little buildings: the club is there in the third row. You don't need a badge to reach the club since it is located outside the restricted area.

18:30 - 20:00: Milonga lisa (suitable for absolute beginners) Saturday 07 Nov:
11.00-12.30: Argentine Tango Technique: balance and control
14.30-16.00: Milonga (Lisa and Traspié)
16.15-17.45: Argentine Tango
18.00-19.30: Tango Canyengue
19.30-20.30: Argentine Tango & Chacarera Guided Practica

The workshops will be given both in English and French. Italian and Spanish spoken, ask the instructors if you need the lesson given in your language.

Please come 10 minutes earlier to have enough time to change your shoes, carry out the subscriptions and warm up for dancing.
